Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: Free on orders of $70 or more.
Standard shipping below $70: $8.
Express shipping: $15.

All rates are in US dollars. Available shipping options and the applicable charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship from New York City within 1–3 days. This is the time before dispatch; carrier transit time is additional.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and shipping service. Express shipping applies to the shipping service and does not remove the time needed to prepare your order.

If we cannot ship within the stated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with an update and your options, including agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.

Address changes and delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

If you need to change your address, email support@thearrownyc.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order is on its way.

If tracking looks incorrect, your order has not arrived, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the details so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.
