Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in New York.
How long will my order take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working on bringing ARROW NYC to the rest of the world soon.
Will my laptop fit in the Cruiser?
The Cruiser is designed with a dedicated, padded sleeve that fits most laptops up to 16 inches (including the MacBook Pro 16").

Is the bag completely waterproof?
The Cruiser is water-resistant. We use high-density 900D polyester and coated zippers to protect your gear from heavy rain and spills. While it’s built for the toughest NYC downpours, it is not designed to be fully submerged.
How do I clean my ARROW NYC bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry clean, as this can damage the water-resistant coating.
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at support@thearrownyc.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. ARROW NYC offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
